A classic full body massage aiming to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension caused by daily activities such as sitting at the computer, standing long hours or exercising.
The 90 mnt session includes face & scalp massage.
Deep tissue massage targets the inner layers of your muscles and tendons. Similar movements to the Swedish massage, but there is far more pressure. It is specifically focused on chronic muscle tension and stress reduction. Best suited for athletes, runners, etc.

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue to benefit a person engaged in regular physical activity. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise, may enhance performance, aid recovery and prevent injury.

Tantric massage is a loving touch full of attention and presence. It is a ritual of reverence, worshipping the body as a sacred temple and home to the soul. It involves massaging and stimulating the full body including the sensitive areas. The aim of Tantric massage is to move the receiver's energy throughout the body to unblock the energy channels (chakras) and promote inner healing and calmness. During that time, body and mind really relax and miracles begin to happen. This type of massage is performed on a futon (floor mattress).

FEATHER - LIGHT MASSAGE
A specifically designed smooth relaxing massage that includes the head, back, buttocks, legs, abductors chest & abdominal. It is performed with extra thick oil for additional relaxion.

ABOUT ME
I am an ITEC (UK) certified Holistic Massage therapist and Sports Massage Practitioner since 2015 and have been practicing professional Massage therapies ever since. My spiritual awakening journey begun in 2020 and since then, I have attended various meditation and chakra workshops as well as energy healing courses. Through these experiences, I have discovered the world of Tantra. In 2022 I was trained in France to perform Tantric energetic healing Massage. In 2024 I have successfully completed a certificate program from an accredited Tantra Massage Institution in Berlin.
I am passionate about helping people to enjoy the benefits of Massage such as full body relaxing, stress and muscle tension relief, elimination of anxiety, release of toxins and more restful sleep. My goal is to provide high quality Holistic Massage therapies that balance physical, emotional and mental well-being!
